Sommelier/ ITSpecialist/Ian Mont, born in 1972 in Cuba and now a Spanish citizen in Barcelona, is a versatile artist, writer, and tech enthusiast. His artistic journey began in his teens as an apprentice, delving into the secrets of color, form, and perspective. Steering away from conventional art schools, his rebellious spirit led him to explore photography, performance art, concept art, and video art.In 2006, he traveled to Spain on a screenwriting grant, marking the start of his life in Europe. Facing the challenges of an undocumented immigrant, he found refuge in Barcelona, now his artistic home. Today, Ian Mont continues to transcend artistic boundaries, weaving his diverse experiences into a tapestry that reflects the vivid landscapes of Cuba and the dynamic energy of Barcelona. His work is a testament to art's power to tell compelling stories beyond borders.
